ABOUT
Coastal Thai Boxing Club is a private Muay Thai club founded by Sensei Wayne Li in 2018. Located within the Seikido Dojo in South Surrey / White Rock, it continues to operate under his care and direction.
The club was founded on his passion to passing on Muay Thai techniques and training methods within a safe, structured, and respectful environment. He is dedicated to preserving the integrity of this martial art while delivering a program that is both effective and disciplined.
Our values are grounded in respect, humility, and a sense of community. We strive to foster an atmosphere in which students feel supported, encouraged, and challenged to develop both as martial artists and as individuals. This is the spirit of Seikido Dojo.
TRAINING
Muay Thai, known as the “Science of Eight Limbs,” is the national sport of Thailand and is recognized worldwide for its powerful striking system, deep-rooted traditions, and exceptional conditioning benefits.
Our training consists of progressive instruction through shadowboxing, bag work, pad work, and supervised partner drills. Emphasis is placed on proper footwork, technical precision, practical application, and structured repetition. Through consistent training, students develop strength, endurance, coordination, and discipline.
Students are required to have boxing gloves, shin guards, and hand wraps to participate in class. All skill levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required.
